Official Announcement: Agreement with Big 4 Auditing Firms for Future DIPO Projects

In an attempt to provide accurate information and equitable appraisal for future DIPO projects, LiveTrade has successfully connected with Deloitte and PwC – two of the Big Four accounting firms. Accordingly, Deloitte and PwC will join the list of auditing firms that will work to audit the financial activities of SMBs and projects that would like to raise funds under the DIPO model by LiveTrade.

The audit document will serve as the basis for LiveTrade and its partners to assess the project potential, thereby deciding which project is qualified to be listed for token offerings. This will further ensure the accuracy and completion of financial data provided by SMBs and projects, thereby giving investors a solid basis for consideration before making investment decisions.

The compliance to international auditing standards will reinforce the advantages of the DIPO model over other blockchain-based crowdfunding platforms in terms of security and risk-minimizing. LiveTrade will enhance and perfect the DIPO model to not only facilitate the fundraising of small and medium businesses but also provide investors with better protection from scams.
